First and foremost, I'm currently watching Ninja Turtles II while I blog. So, please don't judge. When I was little I used to have a ton of these -- and I mean a ton. A huge bagful. At some point, I'd like to give them to my kids. Granted, TMNT may be nonexistent when I have kids, if I do (ladies, I'd like two please)!
I know I've already failed my 2-3 followers and I'd like to apologize. I'm sure you guys are super upset and for that I apologize. You guys have not missed a whole lot -- that I can promise you.
I'd first like to keep you updated on my meals.
On Wednesday I had grapes for breakfast (one of my favorite fruits), a leftover Navaho Taco from Carlos o' Kellys (I know that isn't super healthy, but it was a relatively small portion), a couple of pepperjack cheese (the best cheese in the universe) sticks while at work. For dinner I had a couple of bratwursts and some chips. I managed to drink water all day, which isn't a feat to most. I know a lot of that doesn't seem like super health food to you guys but compared to what I've been eating lately it is.
Today I had some more grapes for breakfast, a banana nut muffin. I certainly cheated during lunch -- and I attribute that to a stressful day at work and a time crunch. I had some Sonic and a cherry limeade. The whole purpose of me starting to eat healthy is to avoid pop (or soda. for you "different" people) and fast food. I crumbled today and looking back at it I'm upset with myself. For dinner I had a salad. I wasn't super hungry for dinner because I've been stressed out and actually had a slight headache this evening. I never get headaches.
So, there you have it. That's what I've eaten the past couple of days. A lot of iffy items, but much better than what I've been chowing down on the past month or so. I'm going to take my weight on Monday -- I should do this prior to Halloween because I intend on consuming a lot of alcohol. So, I will post my weight for everyone in the world to see. Please be nice. Allowing people, whether it be my friends, family or strangers see my weight will be more motivation to lose the lbs. Also, for those of you not in the know -- I'm going to be Alan from the Hangover, and my accomplice (my best buddy) is going to be Carlos. Well, an overgrown Carlos with some facial hair (it's pretty much baby fuzz). If I don't see you guys that night I'll be sure to post some pictures on here for you to laugh at. But, in closing, I'd love to leave you guys with this:

If you didn't enjoy that, please check your pulse.
Hope you enjoyed my second biz-log.
Have a good night all,
CJT.
I totally forgot about Vanilla Ice and his very perverted dance moves! I hope I don't have nightmares tonight. Oh, and by the way...those of us "different" people who are from up north and call it soda are pretty cool people! I am proud of you taking the healthy route and I am planning on doing the same thing Monday. Nov 1st is when my next year of hard work kicks in. I hope to see you and baby Carlos for a little bit on Saturday night.
ReplyDeleteI haven't laughed that hard in ummmm....a few hours. But, I truly enjoy reading your blog. Keep up all your hard work Mr. CJT! By the way TMNT rock! I had a bag full as well and the turtle mobile...loved those lil green guys!
